Life Coaching for Christian Men & Women

Moving you forward as you grow in your God given Identity & Purpose

Let your declaration be “I am being changed.”

“I am convinced and confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will continue to perfect and complete it until the day of Christ Jesus”. Philippians 1.6

Christian Life Coaching

I have always believed that we are all uniquely created for purpose in God’s kingdom. Finding your purpose and championing you towards your dreams is what inspires and motivates me to keep on coaching you to the point that you don’t need me anymore.

Encountering God afresh in your life, with a deeper connection on a daily basis enables you to cultivate a beautiful life in which you can live brilliantly.

I love an Adventure with Jesus. I will always seek to be creative and sensitive in our coaching sessions, creating a cocoon like environment, calming, yet a joy filled transformative space for change.

I predominately work one to one with clients but also offer two short group coaching programmes that can be run with a group of friends or at your church.

What is Christian Life Coaching?

What makes Christian Coaching different to secular coaching?

I shall answer this question by quoting from Gary Collins’ book – Christian Coaching. Pg 21

” … Christians belive that humans are created in God’s image. We have fallen into sin, but we are redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, who offers forgiveness and salvation as a gift. We can ignore this offer of salvation or we can accept his free gift of abundant life on earth and eternal life after we die. Christians live with the awareness that God is sovereign, aware of his people, and willing to guide and empower those who are his children. Like everyone else we seek to become aware of our passions, life purposes, inner strengths, and visions for the future. But Christians realise that these are God-given and that we find ultimate fulfillment only when we’re living in accordance with God’s plans. For the Christian coaches, God, not human ingenuity – is at the core of their beings, and God is the guide for all coaching work.”

I don’t think I could explain it in simpler terms.

Collins goes onto explain that a Coach who is a Christian working with a Christian has the advantage of inviting God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit into the coaching relationship. It really is amazing the speed at which God can work with clients when both parties have open hearts and ears to hear.

Which individual one to one Coaching programme is right for me?

I offer a variety of co-creative transformational coaching programmes, starting with 3 months of either 6 or 12 sessions and 6 months of 12, 18 or 24 sessions. During our initial discovery call we will fine tune your desires and aspirations and work out which programme is going to suit you best.

These programmes are one to one, individual confidential sessions, and are suitable for men or women.

The FAQ section below hopefully answers some more of your questions.

FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions about Christian Life Coaching

What results will I get from Christian Life Coaching?

Your personal results will depend alot on you. How you respond to the co-creative style of coaching, how you engage in the conversations, how brave you are in taking the time to think and to be vulnerable. How accountable you choose to be to the tasks, actions, goals that we discuss and set. I don’t have a magic wand to wave that will transform you, but God does have an amazing way of transforming lives that are focused on serving Him.

I want to BE more, DO more, HAVE more and GIVE more - will coaching provide that?

Yes coaching will enable you to BE more, DO more, HAVE more, and GIVE more – but it is down to you to take action. To be aware of who you are created to be in order that you can BE more. To be more aware of your God given dreams and desires in order that you can DO more. To be more active, to take action, and be self aware so that you can HAVE more, and in order for you to be able to GIVE more, you need to be vulnerable and compassionate.
Coaching will help you achieve these things.

I personally coach people of faith or no faith. Everyone who is coached by me is respected and honoured for their uniqueness.

How often should anyone engage in any form of coaching?

The frequency of any coaching sessions can vary depending on individual needs and goals. Some men and women may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may find bi-weekly or monthly sessions more suitable. It is important to have regular check-ins to maintain momentum and accountability though. Ultimately, the frequency of sessions can be discussed and determined between you and I, ensuring that it aligns with the your availability and desired pace of progress.
Some of my coaching programmes are set to take place over 3 or 6 months. As these programmes are one to one, adjustments can be made. These can be discussed at our initial call.  You can book that call here.

How does coaching differ from therapy or counseling?

While therapy and counseling focus on healing past wounds and often addresses mental health concerns, coaching is future-oriented and focuses on personal growth, goal setting, and achieving desired outcomes. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, but rather a complementary approach that helps you unlock your potential, make positive changes, and create a fulfilling and purpose-driven life. It is possible to enjoy coaching whilst you are also having counseling or therapy, but I would want to discuss this with you first to ensure that the timing is right.
