Executive Coaching for Men
YOU are UNIQUE – everything about you is unique. Your fingerprints, your toe prints, your eyes, the number of hairs on your head – everything about you is YOUNIQUE. There is no-one else like you.
Why then are you trying to be someone you are not? Why are you struggling to match up to someone else? Why are you not spending time finding out WHO YOU ARE?
It’s quite possible you have no idea where to start with discovering who you really are. That’s OK, this is where I can help you.
Below are four scenarios that I come across when coaching men. You may resonate with one in particular or all in part, or maybe you are experiencing something else.
Whatever your situation is, coaching will help. It will bring you clarity on your direction. It will bring release from any confusion and it will certainly help you make better decisions as you move confidently forward to becoming YOU.
Let’s be honest, many men have learnt to fly by the seat of their pants until such a time as they can’t. At which point the masks they have been wearing have become so uncomfortable that they no longer know who they are. It is very sad as a woman, to see men struggling with their identity and purpose. (That’s not to say we women have it right though, we certainly need help too).
Coaching is an investment in yourself. One session is unlikely to be enough for you to experience the full co-creative transformational power of coaching. Hence my coaching programmes last a minimum of 3 months – 6 or 12 sessions. More details below.
But first read on to see if you resonate with one of these scenarios.
Find Clarity, Confidence and Connection
Is this you?
Are you a man who has had dreams that collasped at your feet. Maybe shame and guilt crept in and you started to create a new man, a mask to hide behind. It has helped you get along. You have succeeded at work, you have done many of the things you set out to do in your career, but now life is getting a bit uncomfortable. Some things that you have longed to do just haven’t happened – some things that you have tried have failed and you feel incomplete. A part of you is missing – in fact, you often wonder who you are and what you are here for.
Or maybe this is you:
You have no clarity on your direction, on what’s next.
When asked the question, what did you want to do as a child?
What did you dream of doing when you climbed a tree at the park?
You have no recall.
Those heady days of childhood seem such a distant memory, yet you long to be able to dream again.
You long to dream …. to find a quiet moment to have thoughts of the future, to wonder what could be. You sometimes find yourself wondering, what if, yet it seems to scary to honour yourself with the time to dream.
Or maybe you are a man who is living a happy life on the surface. You don’t consciously wear any masks and you don’t try and be someone you are not, but just recently things are feeling a little tense. Your neck aches, where you are feeling more stressed and sleep and rest are hard to come by. You have a new role at work, one you worked hard to get, and you really thought you wanted it, but now you are not so sure. Your boss is putting on the pressure to manage new team members and you are afraid you may not reach your KPI’s at your next review.
You wonder if this is it.
Your clarity has disapated and your self confidence is dropping.
You want to feel appreciated and worthy of your role yet you feel a bit of an imposter. Your happiness is fading and you wake up battle weary, not feeling equipped for the day ahead. As you commute to your desk you find yourself saying, ‘If only there was someone who would listen and help me to get a different perspective of my life.’ ‘I want to accelerate my progression in my profession but I don’t feel I’m up to it.’
Or, maybe this is you –
You have a big dream, it’s burning a hole in your heart. It’s been with you for many years and you have pushed it to one side whilst you concentrate on your career and family. You are financially secure and it now feels like the right time to take some steps towards that dream. However, you have no clue on what to do first let alone next.
You want your dream to become a reality and would love some dedicated and focused time to talk about it and plan it out. To get greater clarity on what needs to be done and to be held accountable to do it.
You acknowledge there is so much more to you than what people see now.
I have just come off a brilliant session with Julie – she is making me want to launch into a glorious new world.

FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions about Coaching for Men
What results will I get from Coaching?
Your personal results will depend alot on you. How you respond to the co-creative style of coaching, how you engage in the conversations, how brave you are in taking the time to think and to be vulnerable. How accountable you choose to be to the tasks, actions, goals that we discuss and set.
I want to BE more, DO more, HAVE more and GIVE more - will coaching provide that?
Yes coaching will enable you to BE more, DO more, HAVE more, and GIVE more – but it is down to you to take action. To be aware of who you are in order that you can BE more. To be more aware of your dreams and desires in order that you can DO more. To be more active, to take action, and be self aware so that you can HAVE more, and in order for you to be able to GIVE more, you need to be vulnerable and compassionate.

Absolutely! Executive Co-Creative life coaching is designed to address all aspects of a person’s life, including your work-life balance. Men often face the challenge of juggling their professional responsibilities with their family commitments and personal aspirations. A life coach can help you identify priorities, set boundaries, and create strategies to manage your time effectively. Thus ensuring you can thrive both in your career and in your relationships with your loved ones, friends and employers.
Will Life or Executive Coaching help men overcome self-doubt and build self-confidence?

How can Life and Executive coaching from a Christian coach support Christian men in their spiritual growth?
Coaching from a Christian Life Coach can play a significant role in supporting Christian men in their spiritual growth. A Christian coach (a coach who is a Christian), can help you explore your faith, values, and beliefs, and how these align with your God given life goals and aspirations. Through meaningful conversations and reflective exercises, a coach can assist you in deepening your relationship with God, discovering your purpose, and living a life that is in alignment with your spiritual values.
I coach people of faith or no faith. Everyone who is coached by me is respected and honoured for their uniquness.
How often should anyone engage in any form of coaching?
The frequency of any coaching sessions can vary depending on individual needs and goals. Some men and women may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may find bi-weekly or monthly sessions more suitable. It is important to have regular check-ins to maintain momentum and accountability though. Ultimately, the frequency of sessions can be discussed and determined between you and I, ensuring that it aligns with the your availability and desired pace of progress.
How does coaching differ from therapy or counseling?
While therapy and counseling focus on healing past wounds and often addresses mental health concerns, coaching is future-oriented and focuses on personal growth, goal setting, and achieving desired outcomes. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, but rather a complementary approach that helps you unlock your potential, make positive changes, and create a fulfilling and purpose-driven life. It is possible to enjoy coaching whilst you are also having counseling or therapy, but I would want to discuss this with you first to ensure that the timing is right.
