Phase 1 - Sessions 1 - 6 | 3 months
Vision
We begin by drawing out the desires, dreams and aspirations that may have been set aside during decades of career focus. We awaken them and find the point of leverage to uncover what a meaningful future could look like. You leave this phase understanding why your life so far has been in preparation for what’s next. You will be excited, encouraged and engaged. Some of the questions that will be explored:
What matters most to you right now?
What’s a dream that feels far away, but won’t leave your heart?
What are the possibilities?
Phase 2 - Sessions 7 - 18 | 6 months
Focus
We go deeper — we discover your life messages, explore your identity beyond your title, your values, your purpose for the next season, we consider your legacy, and how your experience, faith and wisdom can continue to matter in a profoundly new way. We look at your God given grace and authority and you leave this phase knowing who you are becoming and what God appears to be inviting you to explore.

Phase 3 - Sessions 19 - 24 | 3 months
Flow
This final phase brings everything together. It’s where we turn insight into momentum. This is the action phase – where you take courage, test strategies and develop a 90 day forward moving plan. Here there is more mentoring and accountability, here we celebrate all that you are becoming.

About Julie - my own journey

Since 1992 I have worked in design – primarily in the design and fit out of corporate offices. In 2007 I set up my own interior design consultancy – Younique Designs. I have always loved creating spaces for people that are in alignment with who they are.
Discovering Your uniqueness.
We are Youniquely Designed and our environments affect how we feel, think and behave. No followers of trends or ‘keeping up with the Jones” on my watch!
In 2022 God started to redirect my own path as I entered a new season in my life.
Now, as a Co-Creative Coach, I work with accomplished, faith-led professionals who are navigating life’s most significant transitions: the move from success to significance. Our God given purposes in seasons of life are often diffcult to grasp. We rarely sit with our thoughts long enough to listen intentionally to what God is saying and sensing where he is leading us. This Vision. Focus. Flow. programme holds a safe and secure space for you to explore your ‘what’s next’.
My approach is down-to-earth, practical, gently challenging, encouraging, and always Spirit-led. I walk alongside you with genuine care, curiosity and a deep commitment to helping you hear God’s direction for you.
